I had a beautiful, spacious room with a wonderful view over the city. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a real comfort during the warm September days. The Wi-Fi connection occasionally dropped, and there was a bit of a shortage of shower gel, but these were minor inconveniences. Breakfast was good in quality, though the selection was not very extensive. One downside was that people were smoking in the breakfast room, which affected the atmosphere. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming - always ready to help with a smile and to make sure guests felt at ease. Their warm approach really enhanced the overall experience. Overall, a comfortable stay in a central location, with just a few small areas for improvement. I would gladly return for the spacious rooms, great location, and especially the excellent service at the front desk.

Perfecte locatie midden in het centrum. Zwembad is ook heerlijk en fijn om te parkeren. Wat echter jammer is, zijn de onafgewerkte zaken in het hotel. Slechts 1 sauna is in bedrijf op lage temperatuur, jacuzzi’s werken niet en het ontbijt is zeker geen 5 sterren hotel waardig. Heel basic. Uitzicht vanuit de kamer is niet aanwezig, kijkt op blinde muur. Op de kamer zijn de bedden vreselijk. Je ligt op een houtenframe met 1 matras erop, en dat matras is van slechte kwaliteit. Slecht geslapen. De regendouche werkt niet, komt allemaal water aan één kant uit. En als je doucht staat de hele badkamer blank. De schroefjes in de douche zijn nu al verroest. Matige algehele kwaliteit en dat is echt jammer. Ik raad niet aan om hier te boeken. Daarnaast vind ik het vervelend dat je bij het uitchecken moet wachten op een kamercontrole, je voelt je daardoor geen gast maar bij voorbaat een crimineel die mogelijk de minibar heeft geplunderd zonder te betalen.

Frühstück war okey, ab 9 Uhr gab es nahezu kein Obst mehr. Pool und Spa Bereich waren sehr schön. Leider hat der Regenduschkopf im Zimmer nicht funktioniert.

Surprisingly new and good location to main attractions and food options. Mother Theresa Memorial is just opposite the hotel. Will stay here again when I visit Skopje
